Cycling Development - SCOTT is a determined team of high school and college students who aspire to be top tier cyclists and accomplished scholars, while inspiring other teens and young adults to follow our lead and our story.

Our story is one of dedication: Dedication to training, dedication to learning, and dedication to our communities. As a part of the larger cycling community, we see ourselves as ambassadors for our sport, leading by example when riding hard yet responsibly, and not only sharing trails with others enthusiastically, but also sharing daily experiences with our social media friends and fans. In addition to training regimen, race action and podium photos, you'’ll also see us participating in cycling advocacy and helping others through community service projects.

Comprised of student-athletes ranging from 15 to 22 years of age, the Cycling Development - SCOTT team competes in the NorCal High School Mountain Biking League races as well as in the junior and U23 categories at USA Cycling and UCI events. Some of our athletes will also race Xterra, Adventure Races, Cyclocross races, road races, crits, you name it they love to race. Our team will compete at the major MTB XC races on the West Coast this Spring and will battle at the USAC National Championships this Summer.
